Cellarful Of Noise - 1988 Magnificent Obsession
Cellarful Of Noise is essentially Avsec's solo work, played in a hi-tech synth fashion. Jonah Koslen was quoted as saying Avsec was a 'bit of a synth slut..', and so it shows on this album. Sometimes the results don't quite come off, in comparison to the work he's known for elsewhere.

Iris, Donnie - 1983 Fortune 410
According to our trusty editor this is a highly sought album for AOR fanatics because it has never seen the light of day on CD. I have owned it for several years and on first impression struck me as more of a new wave recording.

Iris, Donnie - 1992 Out Of The Blue (Compilation)
Signed to Ohio label Seathru, Iris's first return to the public eye would be through a (sort of) Greatest Hits compilation called 'Out Of The Blue', released in 1992. I say 'sort of', because the album contained 7 previous tracks from the 'Back On The Streets', 'King Cool' and 'No Muss No Fuss' albums. The remaining 6 tracks are new.

Iris, Donnie - 1993 Footsoldier In The Moonlight
It took 8 years before perennial steel-belt favourite Donnie Iris would return to the public eye with a full-blown studio album.

Iris, Donnie - 1997 Poletown
All the regulars are back for another crack at music-making - Donnie Iris style. The above lineup is timeless, considering most of these cats have been there right at the start - as part of Donnie Iris And The Cruisers.

Iris, Donnie (And The Cruisers) - 1981 King Cool
Donnie Iris And The Cruisers certainly had the knack of being able to write songs and give them with enough polish to provide glistening melodic tunes. There are just so many sweet harmonies to be found on this album..

Iris, Donnie (And The Cruisers) - 1982 The High And The Mighty
'The High And The Mighty' continued to develop the bands off kilter AOR style, no matter how melodic there was always an unpredictable tangent or two.

Iris, Donnie (And The Cruisers) - 2006 Ellwood City
Donnie Iris and the boyz cruise on in to the 21st Century with 'Ellwood City', their new album, the first since 1997's 'Poletown'..
